History

1998 – Operations for UN WFP (World Food Program) in Afghanistan, jointly with company "SKYLINK AVIATION INC" on AN-32 airplane. Flights from Pakistan to Kabul, Herat and Bamiyan on delivery of humanitarian supplies.

1999 – Operations for IRC (International Rescue Committee) in Kosovo on AN-26 and AN-32 airplanes on air dropping of humanitarian aid on the territory of former Yugoslavia.

1999 - UN WFP Mission in Kenya - Operations on AN-32 airplane on delivery of humanitarian supplies to Rwanda and Sudan.

1999 - A joint project with the company "HELI HARVEST" LTD New Zealand on performing aerial works in New Zealand and Australia on helicopters MI-8 MTV-1. External sling operations on air logging of loads up to 5 tons and firefighting.

2000 March - October - Operations in Sierra Leone under government contract on MI-8 MTV-1 helicopter. VIP flights within the framework of the presidential elections in Sierra Leone.

2001 May - October – Firefighting flight operations on MI-8 MTV-1 helicopter in Turkey under contract with Turkey Ministry of Forestry.

2002 - 2003 - Training of American pilots from USA Ministry of Emergency Situations on AN-32 airplane in Florida, USA under the program of company "SKYLINK AVIATION INC".

2002 May – July - Helicopters have carried out flights for UNOPS-election program LOYA JIRGA. During this period, more than 5000 persons from various regions and areas of Afghanistan have been transported in Kabul to participate in the elections of the interim government of Afghanistan.

2002 - 2003 - Flights on AN-32 airplane on banknotes exchange program, organized by USAID (United States Agency for International Development) in Afghanistan to replace the old Afghani currency with new banknote.

2003 January – April - Operations on MI-8 MTV-1 helicopter in Afghanistan for the UN WFP within. Flights on delivery of humanitarian supplies, as well as transportation of UN staff and various other organizations working under UN auspices, including VIP flights.

2003 - April - 3 weeks air operations under contract with the British Embassy in Afghanistan on MI-8 MTV-1 helicopter on monitoring agricultural crops.

2004 - Contract with the company "SKYLINK AVIATION INC" on performing aerial works in Iraq on AN-26 airplane and Mi-8 MTV-1 helicopter beginning with June 2004. Air support for the elections in Iraq, VIP transportation, medical evacuation and emergency/casualty evacuation flights (MEDEVAC / CASEVAC).

2004 August – 2004 December - Contract with UN WFP on air carriage of humanitarian supplies on the territory of Sudan on AN-12 airplane. Services provided: transportation of humanitarian supplies, including medicine, food and other humanitarian goods.

January 2005 – July 2007 - Contract with the company "SKYLINK AVIATION INC" on the performance of cargo charter flights on the territory of Iraq on AN-12 airplane.

2005 May - 2007 March - Contract with the company "SKYLINK AVIATION INC" on providing aviation services in Sudan under the program on fuel supplying of Sudan airports and UN airfields on AN-32 airplane. Transportation of humanitarian supplies, fuel, vehicles, generators in several cities on the territory of Sudan, including the Darfur region.

2005 August - 2006 March - Contract with the company "SKYLINK AVIATION INC" on providing aviation services in Iraq on passenger airplane AN-24 by order of U.S. State Department and KBR Company (Kellogg Brown & Root). Transportation of KBR employees on the territory of Iraq.

2005 September - Contract with the United Nations (UN DPKO - United Nations Department for Peacekeeping Operations) on providing aviation services for UN mission MEE (United Nations Mission in Ethiopia and Eritrea) in Eritrea on MI-8 MTV-1 helicopter. During the period of the contract there have been carried out cargo flights, VIP flights, special patrols and reconnaissance flights, external sling operations. Also there have been carried out flights on medical and emergency/casualty evacuation (MEDEVAC / CASEVAC) on 24 hours duty basis, as well as night training flights.

2005 September - Contract with the United Nations (UN DPKO) on providing aviation services for the UN mission AMSIL (United Nations Mission in Sierra Leone) in Sierra Leone on MI-8 MTV-1 helicopter. Services provided: Transportation of passengers and cargo in order to support the UN peacekeeping mission in Sierra Leone. 2005 October - 2006 May - Contract on providing of aviation services on MI-8 MTV-1 helicopter for the humanitarian mission in Pakistan at the request of "SKYLINK AVIATION INC" and the World Food Program (UN WFP). Services provided: transportation and delivery of supplies and medicines in various remote regions of Pakistan on external sling and in the cabin.

2005 October - 2008 January - Contract with the company "SKYLINK AVIATION INC" on providing aviation services in Iraq on 3 AN-26-100 passenger airplaneы by order of U.S. State Department and KBR company. Services provided: air transportation of KBR employees on the territory of Iraq.

2005 December - 2007 August – Repositioning of 1 helicopter Mi-8 MTV-1 from the mission UN MEE, Eritrea mission to UN mission MONUC in Democratic Republic of the Congo under contract with the United Nations (UN DPKO). Services provided: transportation of humanitarian supplies, logistical support to UN peacekeepers.

2006 March – 2007 August - Repositioning of helicopter Mi-8 MTV-1 from the mission UN AMSIL, Sierra Leone to UN mission MINURSO (United Nations Mission for the Referendum in Western Sahara) in Western Sahara under contract with the United Nations (UN DPKO). Services provided: transportation of humanitarian supplies, air monitoring, air photography and external sling operations.

2006 July - 2008 March - Contract with "SKYLINK AVIATION INC" on providing aviation services in Sudan under the auspices of African Union peacekeeping mission in Darfur region on 1 Mi-8 MTV-1 AC. Air operations included transportation of humanitarian goods, peacekeepers, medicines, etc.

2007 July - 2007 October – Works on firefighting in Turkey on external sling (BAMBI Bucket) by Mi-8 MTV-1 helicopter under contract with the company BARIS AVIATION CO.

2007 November – March 2008 - Contract with the company "SKYLINK AVIATION INC" on providing aviation services in Sudan on 4 Mi-8 MTV-1 helicopters under the auspices of African Union. 2008 February - 2009 June - Contract with "SKYLINK AVIATION INC" on providing of aviation services in Afghanistan on Mi-8 MTV-1 helicopter for the company Louis Berger (one of the leading international companies specialized in designing, architecture, planning and construction). Services provided – logistical support to construction projects in Afghanistan by order of USAID.

2008 April - 2010 February - Contract with the company "SKYLINK AVIATION INC" on providing aviation services on by 4 Mi-8 MTV-1 helicopters on logistical support of ISAF mission (International Security Assistance Force) in Afghanistan. Transportation of supplies, building materials and technical equipment on external sling and in AC cabin.

2009 February - Contract with "SKYLINK AVIATION INC" on providing aviation services on AN-26-100 for the company "DynCorp International" (a global provider of public services in support of U.S. national security and foreign policy objectives, providing support for security, diplomacy and international development) on air carriage of goods and personnel of the company, within the framework of the monitoring of construction and agricultural works in Afghanistan.

2010 February - Prolongation of the contract signed with the company "SKYLINK AVIATION INC" on providing of aviation services by 4 Mi-8 MTV-1 helicopters on logistical support of ISAF mission (International Security Assistance Force) in Afghanistan. Transportation of supplies, building materials and technical equipment on external sling and in AC cabin.

2010 May - Fire-fighting operations in Turkey, under contract with the company GLOBAL TECHNIC and BARIS AVIATION CO.
