VALAN International Cargo Charter operates in compliance with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Moldova, based on ICAO and JAA requirements. Our crews — most of them former military pilots and engineers — have flown in isolated, hard-to-reach areas and difficult conditions for more than ten years of humanitarian air operations.
