"Valan International Cargo Charter", Republic of Moldova, represents a certified air-operator providing air services by different kinds of Soviet-built aircraft. We are the oldest and largest Moldavian air operator with more than ten years of experience in the aviation field performing short-term charter agreements and long-term charter contracts, and more than six years of participation in humanitarian operations under the aegis of the United Nations (UN), World Food Programme (WFP), Red Cross (IRC), United States Agency of International Development (USAID) and many other Non-Governmental Organizations. The specified operations were carried out in remote areas and under difficult conditions in such countries as: Afghanistan, Somalia, Sierra Leone, Ethiopia and Eritrea, Sudan, Indonesia and Iraq.
